DEL NORTE— Rio Grande Hospital is expanding and renovating; there will be a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, Nov. 14 from 11-12 p.m. in the emergency room parking lot. There will be a short program followed by the groundbreaking ceremony and refreshments.
